Dr. Enoch Leung earned his Ph.D. in Human Development from the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology, McGill University, Canada. His primary areas of interest include working with students with disabilities and LGBTQ+ youth populations. With more than 8 years’ experience in educational institutions across K-12, CÉGÉP, and university levels, Dr. Leung is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster equitable learning opportunities for all students. Grounded in Universal Design for Learning, he aims to create safer spaces and enhance educational experiences for marginalized students. Dr. Leung is passionate about amplifying the voices of those who are often unheard, advocating for systemic change, and working collaboratively with educators to remove barriers and foster positive learning environments.
