Dr. Rashid Ali is a pioneering researcher engaged inorganic and supramolecular chemistry. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He has more than 13 years of research experience, including 11 months as a postdoctoral fellow at Sookmyung Women's University, Seoul, South Korea, and 4 months as a SERB-SIRE Visiting Scientist in Prof. L. Greb’s research group at Heidelberg University, Germany. He has published more than seventy-five original research papers, three books, and a dozen book chapters.He isan assistantprofessor in the Department of Chemistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India.
