Leila Queiroz Zepka
Prof. Dr. Leila Queiroz Zepka is an Associate Professor in the Food Technology and Science Department at the Federal University of Santa Maria in Brazil. She has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. She has published over 700 scientific publications/communications, including books, book chapters, original research papers, research communications at national and international conferences, and patents. She is a member of the editorial boards of 5 journals and a reviewer for several national and international journals. Her research interests include biotechnology, with an emphasis on microalgae-based products.
